Jeff Melancon began his business career as President and CEO of a very successful Louisiana General Contracting Firm. After 25 successful years of Sales, Marketing and Management Expertise, he parlayed that experience into the Real Estate Industry, on being recruited by numerous International Firms.
When Jeff began his real estate career, he immediately became a Top Producer for his firm. His comprehensive marketing techniques and business skills allow him to extract maximum value for homeowners and consistently exceed the client's expectations where it counts. As a result, his current client list, be they looking for homes for sale or homes for rent is a virtual Who's Who of the business, tourism and entertainment industry.
He has also been fortunate to represent many internationally known celebrities and members of several royal families who knew who to contact to get their dream homes. In the last two years, his real estate sales have consistently been in the top 1% of the company, and he has received numerous Top Producer awards.
Although Jeff would feel 'at home' dealing in real estate from anywhere, at present his main focus is on homes for sale at Destrehan, Kenner, LaPlace, Metairie and New Orleans in Louisiana
Jeff prides himself on customer service. He believes the most important assets of a real estate agent are thorough research, creativity and the ability to "read between the lines". He is incredibly innovative, absolutely up-to-date with the latest technology and extremely well versed and knowledgeable about the current competitive real estate market. Though seemingly a simple idea, Jeff believes that the art of finding the right house for the client is not always that easy.
It requires intuition and understanding, qualities that Jeff possesses. When he finds that prize property Jeff is committed to negotiating the best price and terms for his clients.
Happily married for seventeen years Jeff is the proud father of three beautiful children. In his spare time he enjoys playing ball, riding racing quads, golf and fishing.
